college(1) American University of Nigeria Scholarships


Annually, the American University of Nigeria provides partial and full scholarships to nearly 15% of its student body. AUN believes that financial aid should not inhibit a brilliant student’s ability to acquire a world class education.There are several partial and full scholarships designed to help Nigerian students admitted into undergraduate programs at AUN.Annually, AUN provides two full scholarships to students from each Nigerian state.


(2) Petroleum Technology Development Fund

This is a parastatal of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources set on a mission to train and equip Nigerian graduates as technicians, craftsmen in the fields of engineering,geology, science and management in the field of oil and gas.either in Nigeria or abroad.To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants should possess 5 Credits in WAEC/SSCE including English Language and Mathematics.Also, applicants should have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on scale.


(3) NNPC/Mobil Nigeria National Undergraduate Programme

This scholarship is funded by the NNPC/MPN joint venture.To be eligible, Nigerian students are expected to be holders of SSCE or its equivalent with at least six subjects passed at sitting.Applicants should be full time undergraduate 1st or 2nd year students in an accredited Nigerian Universitity.You are not eligible to apply if you have received a similar scholarship from oil and gas based company. Also dependents of Esso Exploration and Mobil are not allowed to apply.


(4) Nigeria LNG Scholarship Scheme

The LNG scholarship scheme aims to encourage academic excellence among undergraduate students in Nigeria in support of its goal to sustainable development.You are eligible to apply if you are a first year student in a Nigerian university.You would need to submit your JAMB results, university admision letters, coloured passport sized photographs, WAEC or A’levels.This is a yearly scholarship allowance of N100,000 to beneficiary students.You would also need to submit letter of identification of local government area and School ID.


(5) MTN Foundation Scholarships in Science and Technology

The MTN foundation aims to provide 500 scholarships annually to students in accredited full time institutions across the six geographical zones in Nigeria.To be eligible to apply, applicants from public universities and colleges should posses a CGPA of 3.5 while polytechnic students should possess a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Direct level  entry students should have a GPA of 3.0 from the OND programme  and should have secured admission into 200 level in a public university.
