Study on low tuition at the University of Winnipeg, Canada

There are several students looking to study at the university of Winnipeg- from high school students to graduate students. This University offers low tuition programs to both local and international students. We will use this article to examine the admission and entry requirements.

Entry Timeline

There are three start dates to choose from. Most students choose to start in the fall semester. However, you decide when to start based on your unique position. It might interest you to know that most students are increasingly starting their semesters in winter or spring terms.The terms are shown below:

Spring- May

Fall- September

Winter- January.

Academic Programs

In your application to the university, you will discuss what academic program you are interested in. Whether undergraduate or postgraduate degrees. Do think about what academic program you are considering before applying. Anyways, don’t worry about making a mistake on your major.You will have enough time to change your major.

Application Deadlines

International applicants are encouraged to apply 3-4 months before the start of the term.This allows your application enough time to be processed. Recommended deadlines are shown below. Late applications will be accepted regardless, however there is no guarantee that your application will be processed early enough for your academic start date. International students should also consider the application timeline for applying for and obtaining their visas.

Not to worry if you miss a deadline. If you don’t start classes in september you can start in January or May.  

Application Fee

There is a non-refundable application fee that is required when you apply.This fee has to be paid and received by your university before your application is processed. International students will pay $110 to submit their applications.

Required Documents

Depending on the program you have selected, you might be asked to submit further documents. You will be informed in due course if additional documents are required.All documents must be originals and should include the following:

-Application fee

-Proof of english language proficiency

-Official Academic records(High school result or uni degree)

Tuition Fees

For undergraduate programs, the fee ranges from $12,000 per year to $15,000.

For postgraduate program, the fee ranges from $19,000 to $21,000.
