  1. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a thirty year old Cameroonian and i hold a bachelor degree in management and economics from the university of Yaounde II SOA in Cameroon and having working experience. This university is a bilingual university which means its certificates and teachings are both in English and french, just like the country is bilingual having English and French as two official languages. I wish to verify if it is an obligation for me to show proof of English language through Toefl or ILTS before applying for a masters degree at a MALTESE University and which university in MALTA can offer me the best program under my discipline.
    Thanks.
