Fully funded 2017/2018 Hungarian Scholarships for South African Students

An agreement has been signed between the Hungarian government and the South African government offering 100 fully funded scholarships to South African students to study at participating public universities in Hungary

Application Deadline: 5th March 2017.

To be taken at (country): Hungary

About the award: the qualification offered are all at degree level. There are 30 bachelor’s degree and 60 master’s degree and 10 PhD spaces available in various academic field including natural science, engineering, it business management, agriculture, human resource and food science among others,

Type: masters

Eligibility: application for the scholarship is open to all South African citizens with a strong academic record and an interest in studying in Hungary. Applicants should also show a commitment to the development of South Africa. And must  be available to study abroad from November 2017. Furthermore all applicants must meet the minimum requirement for entry in to a similar program in South Africa University.

Number of Awardees: 100

Value of Scholarship: The scholarship offers tuition, accommodation and medical insurance.
