This university is ranked in the top 400 best universities in the world. It is located in South Africa and has 5 campuses in Johannesburg. American University of Cairo

The University University of Cairo founded in 1919 is a top university in the country. It has a total student enrolment of 6,000 students. The english based university has a distinction for having the best and biggest library in the country. The uni offers bachelors, masters and postgraduate degrees in Business, Humanities, Social sciences,  and Global Affairs etc.

Stellenbosch University

This is ranked in the top 400 all over the world founded in 1918. It has a total enrolment of of 30,000 with close to 3000 of these being international students. Both undergraduate and graduate students can select courses from arts, sciences, social sciences, law and engineering.
