This is a fully funded international program for applicants from around the world.This program will l last 6-18 months and are awarded thrice a year.Successful applicants will serve full time at the Atlas headquarters developing core leadership skills and nonprofit best practices.Successful fellows will participate in networking opportunities with skilled professionals from around the world.
-Interested applicants should possess two or more years of experience in the non profit/social sector
-Applicants should possess bachelors degree or equivalent.
-Applicants should be 35 years or younger.
-Applicants should be able to serve and live in another country.
-Applicants should desire and commit to return to their country after the 6-18 months of fellowship
Health insurance, flight, accommodation and visa costs plus a living stipend to cover cost of food will be provided.
Novermber 1- Febuary 28:Priority deadline for May fellowship.Applications are accepted all year round but earlier submissions are more successful.
March 15: Deadline for the september applicants.
An online application process is used(Online Application) to submit applications. All applications must be submitted online with 2 letters of recommendation. Atlas would however expect up to 3 recommendations from professionals who know you very well.
Your submissions will be reviewd by the atlas selection committee. There will be english writting tests and interview sessions with selected finalists.Host organziations will make final recommendations and notify selected finaiists.
The host organization will work closely with selected finalists to secure visas.
